Kang Jung Hwa

Raised by a father who has turned a small island of Geojedo into a beautiful garden for 52 years and trained by President Lee Taek-Ju of Hantaek Botanical Graden Foundation who has studied Korea’s wild plants and their ecological environment for 40 years, Kang has learned and continues to learn more about gardens, plants and ecology based on a field-centered approach and nurtures herself by continually sowing and weeding.
